The retail business of SpeedWave Fuel is driven to deliver better and faster service to its customers. The concept of setting up retail outlets using the dealer-owned-dealer-operated model, whereby the dealer leases her/his land and thereafter invests in setting up the infrastructure for the outlet. SpeedWave Fuel is committed to enhance Franchisee business by supplying high quality bio-fuel at reasonable rates to our Franchisees, sales commission and performance-based returns on the core investment to keep our dealers viable for business at all times.

For Bulk Distributor :

1. Distributor will be assigned a territory/zone after he meets the “Evaluation/Selection Criteria” of SpeedWave.

2. Distributor is required to achieve a good market share of the current annual HSD volume of the assigned Zone/ Territory

3. Assessment of business potential of the defined area. Creating a business plan with clearly defined monthly sales and financial targets to be achieved as per business potential.

4. Setting up logistics (supply chain) to handle distribution/ supplies till the customer end.

5. Identifying the potential set of customers, meeting and converting them for Bulk sales

6. Investment in storage solution on Built-Operate-Transfer basis for storing SpeedWave fuel and all other storage solutions.
