Terms & Conditions

The final selection of applicant is purely at the discretion of Rajputana SpeedWave Fuel LLP management. Rajputana SpeedWave Fuel LLP shall not give any reason(s) or explanation for selection or rejection of particular applicant.
The final selected applicant will be given a letter stating "Letter of Intent (LOI)" for appointment as Rajputana SpeedWave Fuel LLPretailer subject to compliance of terms & conditions mentioned in letter.
Application fee is Rs.6000/-(Including GST)per application which is non-refundable.
An amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three lakh Fifty Thousand only) must be deposited by the applicant as soon as the application is accepted as non-refundable deposit by way of NEFT / RTGS / online payment.
An amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three lakh Fifty Thousand only) must be deposited by the applicant within timelines mentioned in the LOI as refundable security deposit by way of NEFT / RTGS / online payment in favor of "Rajputana SpeedWave Fuel LLP"
In case the successful applicant withdraws his candidature or fails to submit the remaining Refundable Security Deposit within specified timeline or withdraws his candidature or fails to submit the documents related to proposed premises, Rajputana SpeedWave Fuel LLP shall forfeit the non-refundable deposit held with it.
